SoCal's backyard mountain
Mt Baldy is in the Angeles National Forest, a short drive from the 210 above Claremont and Upland. Alpine recreation here has deep roots, and while plenty of skiers know Baldy for its terrain after a storm, lots of people are still discovering what it offers all year.
Help them enjoy it, and make the mountains part of your life.
Three teams
We cross-train and move crew around, so where you start isn't where you have to stay.
On the mountain
Guest relations, mountain operations, food and beverage, ski school instructors and skilled maintenance roles.
Lead the crew
Leads ($16–$20/hr) and managers ($18–$25/hr) work alongside the front line, plus scheduling, training and standard operating procedures. Directors oversee multiple departments.
Run the business
Organizational and financial management for a growing lifestyle brand. Our offices are next to the Brewery in Upland.

Parking
You're the first impression our guests get, after a pleasant drive or some holiday traffic. Welcome folks, answer questions and keep the lot moving.
Ticketing & Guest Services
The helm of the mountain. Sell lift tickets, tent stays and lessons, and field calls and emails, especially as winter gets close.
Food & Beverage
Top of the Notch and the Mt Baldy Lodge are both iconic. Bartenders, servers, dishwashers, bussers, line and prep cooks.
First Aid & Ski Patrol
Paid and NSP volunteer positions for strong skiers with a medical background. Year-round candidates wanted.
Lift Operations
Love being outside? Keep four chairs moving and guests safe, from powder days to scenic rides.
Snow Play Park
Maybe the most rewarding job on the mountain. Many guests are seeing snow for the first time, and you're the one who makes it special.
Winter Sports School
If you can ski Baldy, you can ski anywhere. Teach in our lesson and clinic program.
Retail & Rentals
Into gear? Fit skiers and riders with boots, boards, skis and poles, and stock our retail shops.
Zip Line
Run the Baldy Party Wave, four riders at a time across the Notch, with safety first.
Maintenance & Snowmaking
Mechanics, electricians and builders keep the mountain running. Snowmaking starts November 1 when conditions allow.
Housekeeping
Keep our summer tent cabins and the nightly rentals in Baldy Village guest-ready.
