These terms apply to your use of mtbaldyresort.com, run by Mt. Baldy Ski Lifts, Inc. ("Mt Baldy Resort," "we," "us"). By using the site, filling out a form, or signing up for our texts or emails, you agree to them.

1. Using our website

Use the site only for lawful, personal purposes. Don't try to break it, copy it wholesale, scrape it, or send us spam or harmful code. Give accurate information on our forms.

2. Information on the site

Hours, menus, prices, events, lineups, conditions and availability can change without notice, especially with mountain weather. We try to keep the site accurate but can't guarantee it. Call or email us to confirm before you make the trip.

3. Bookings, tickets and purchases

Some bookings, tickets, gift cards and merchandise are handled by outside providers. Their own terms, payment rules and refund policies apply to those purchases, along with any cancellation policy we post. Mountain activities are also covered by the ticket terms and any waiver you sign. Alcohol is served only to guests 21 and over with valid ID.

4. Text message program

• What it is: Mt Baldy Resort texts. If you opt in, we send inquiry replies, booking and event details, and, if you chose marketing texts, offers and event news.
• How often: message frequency varies.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply. We don't charge for texts.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message. We'll send one confirmation and then stop. To rejoin, opt in again on our site or reply START.
• Help: reply HELP, or contact [email protected] or (909) 982-0800.
• Not required: agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything.
• Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: how we handle your number is covered in our Privacy Policy. We never share text opt-in data with third parties for their marketing.

5. Emails

If you sign up for emails, you can unsubscribe at any time with the link in each email.

6. Our content

The site's text, photos, logos, videos and design belong to Mt. Baldy Ski Lifts, Inc. or its licensors. You may share links and view the site for personal use, but you may not copy or reuse its content commercially without our written permission.

7. Links to other sites

We link to other websites, such as booking and ticketing pages. We're not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it, including that it will always be available or error free.

9. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Mt. Baldy Ski Lifts, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Our total liability for any claim about the website is limited to $100. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that can't be waived.

10. Indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable costs if a claim against us arises from your misuse of the site or breaking these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by California law. Any dispute about them will be handled in the state or federal courts for San Bernardino County, California, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
